I predict a character copy only today, with the PTS updated to the current live version (if not already done so), so that when they apply the new update to the PTS they can track down any issues with updating characters.
They already said the update 7 info wouldn't be released today (but will be later this week), so I would NOT expect the PTS to have update 7 today, because they'd have to release the patch notes today as well, which would contradict that.
Now, wandering into speculation -- I suspect they had originally intended to update the PTS today to the new update, but then decided the PTS needed prep work first (ie. the the character copy I'm predicting). If so, then there's a reasonable chance we'll see that patch happen later in the week. Thursday, maybe?0 -
