Well next patch it's getting lowered to 25% dmg, mitigate it with Cp and such, being a dark elf helps as well. I'd suggest googling for the fire enchant runes i can't remember.
    PS4 EU DC

    Current CP : 756+

I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.

RIP my effort to get 5x v16 characters...

Not sure what level you are but it's quite hard to get any jewellery or glyphs before lvl50 or so. I've been running from one guild shop to another and never found anything. I became a Vampire at level 42 (i know it's cool to be a Vamp but i do not recommend becoming one sooner as it can get very frustrating) and just learned how to dodge those fire dmg mobs. I've soloed all solo/public dungeons, world bosses and other stuff just fine and without any fire mitigation gear/jewellery. When i hit the first Vet level i got myself a "Necklace of the Sun" which has around 1400 Fire Resistance. It was quite cheap, something around 1500 gold. Now I am at lvl V3 and soloing Silver just fine. I've finished two Silver areas without being killed once from fire mobs/bosses (i did get killed but that's because i didn't pay attention and not because of fire). I guess i just learned how to play my class and how the mobs with fire damage work as their movements are easily predictable. But yeah, it does put a pressure on you and also you have to be more mobile :).
As a Dunmer DK i spam the Green Blood a lot so that saves my ass when needed. I barely use the potions but i do use food to get my health, stamina and magic higher. Gear wise i run 5 light, 1 medium and 1 heavy, this was i do not feel too squishy.
At the end, i would really suggest to learn your class as a Vampire, proper use of skills and put one "insta health" skill on your bar (like the Dragon Blood in my case). I also do agree with many "Vampires" that being one will make you a better player as you become more aware of your surroundings with faster reflexes. It might sound strange but before the "Vampire times"i was afraid of killing world bosses on my own and also doing Public Delves was a bit of a struggle. But now, even at V3 i just run straight into them and smack the shite of them without blinking an eye. Sure, i did die a few times but as i mentioned above not because of fire but my own keyboard :)

    Power to the Vampire!

Well, good luck and if you need more pointers do not hesitate to ask ;)

Life is a dream for the wise, a game for the fool, a comedy for the rich, a tragedy for the poor.

if you are a dragon knight dark elf, there are some passive skills on the dark elf that helps you on resisting fire. but the best thing to do is to really dodge mobs or bosses that emits fire as there primary attack..and if you could have the ultimate of Devouring Swarm, it helps you regenerate life. and try to keep your vampirism at a lower level so that it won't be that harder when you regenerate health. the higher the vampirism level, the slower your health regenerates. fire really inflicts us more damage...that is the primary consequence on being vampires

It is pretty easy to get fire glyphs for jewelry before 50. You just need a few runes and some skills in the enchantment line. Go to the guild traders if you need a specific rune or go hunting for them. Runes are scattered all over the maps. Here is a site that will show you how to make those glyphs you need.
