✭✭✭✭PvP rank 10 or alliance war rank 10? Either way, I imagine PvP itself is the appeal, from the day you start for as long as you have fun. I know a lot of people who walked out of Cyrodiil because of lag, the meta etc. - but I don't think I know anyone who actually left because they ran out of skills to level up. Not proper PvPers, anyway. Only PvE-ers who wanted a specific skill for their build.1 -

Yes, if you lose appeal because you theres nothing to achieve from it in terms of skills then you dont enjoy PvP for PvP.

Zachy_B✭✭✭I agree with abra. There's a level of satisfaction of dominating people, and even being dominated by someone and having to think of new strategies to win. It's the whole excitement of pvp. If that's not your style, then it just isn't your style. But the more you do it, the better you get.0 -

Well, achievements in DAoC actually meant something. The game was/is hard and challenging to play. Some titles took years and years to obtain, including RR13, which was first earned by some european 9 years after game was realeased.Edited by Mr_Nobody on 12 July 2015 20:290 -

Or perhaps he enjoys PvP, and the end result of that was that he got rank 50 out of it?! Sure, ranks act as a carrot but ultimately we PvP because we enjoy it - not because we want to grind out ranks. As far as rank 10 and the AP grind and all that, everything beyond rank 10 is just Carebear titles IMO.
