need some new build ideas for my sorc VR9

my main build uses a fire staff, crushing shock,crystal frag IV,pulsar IV-10% hp, inner light IV- 5% max magicka, hardened ward IV soul assault ultimate
my secondary build uses lighting staff, endless fury IV, lighting splash IV, pulsar IV- -10% hp, unstable clanfear, hardened ward IV, greater storm atronarch IV ultimate

not sure what i should re-morph or anything

for PvE and PvP I would scrap the lightning staff and use a resto staff. use your secondary bar as your healing/defensive bar. I use Power Surge but you can swap this out for anything. I just like the extra spell damage (morph of Surge - storm calling), Harness Magicka aborbs incoming magicka attacks and gives you a bit of magicka back (morph of Atonement - light armor), Ball of Lightning to absorb incoming projectiles or get around/away quicker (morph of Bolt Escape - storm calling), Hardened Ward as your shield and then Steadfast Ward is a no brainer as it provides a shield then heals you(morph of Steadfast Ward - resto staff). ultimate - whichever you prefer. I quite like Power Overload (morph of Overload - storm calling) just because you get magicka back if you're low. and it hits like a truck. but I use meteor from the mages guild.

for PvE my main bar I use a fire staff with Pulsar and Liquid Lightning for AoE (morph of Lightning Splash - storm calling), Crushing Shock (morph of Force Shock - destro staff) as my interrupt. although Destructive Clench (morph of Destructive Touch - destro staff) is better damage wise, I prefer the interrupt on Crushing Shock. and then I use Structured Entropy (morph of Entropy - mages guild) for the extra health bonus plus spell power increase when used. and then I use my Velocious Curse (morph of Daedric Curse - dark magic) as it hits like a truck and it does AoE damage as well. but you can swap pulsar out for crystal frags if it's single target damage.

for PvP it's basically the same except swap Pulsar and Liquid Lightning for Endless Fury and Crystal frags.
