Do the 8% spell cost reduction bonuses from the Archmage and Seducer sets stack? I just noticed you can have them both if you craft dual Seducer daggers.

You can also do a 1hand Sword + Shield seducer combo.
It's really nice to keep your bolt escape and shield ability costs low as you put them on your S&B bar, leaving your (relatively) cheap offensive abilities on your staff bar.Permanently banned from the forums for displaying dissent: ESO - The Year Behind
