Who hasn't dealt with someone that dodge rolled for a very long period of time? Who hasn't dealt with a S+B individual that just held block for... well... ever... and did not take damage? Who hasn't dealt with a Sorc that just wants to be a continual pest by porting around a group infinitely only in an attempt to drag out noobs to kill?

There were many naysayers prior to 1.6 and those that called for doom and gloom because of the so called "Drastic" changes that were coming… but guess what… People adapted and the doom and gloom was easily dispelled after a short period of time.

ESO will continually evolve and change. Sometimes the changes will be good and sometimes the changes will be bad. However, in this instance, to be complaining about changes before we have even had a chance to try them out is complaining simply for the sake of complaining.

Oh, and here’s another one… people were all up in arms about siege when the damage was greatly increased. Now, we are right back where it was before… people adapted and though siege is more deadly… it takes a concerted effort to make that damage worthwhile.

I simply look at these changes as a skill check. You will need to be even more observant of your resources and manage them appropriately.

Hopefully the Devs will keep a keen eye on the changes, after implementation, and adjust/tweak accordingly.

The only negative I can see in all of this is the fact that the servers will have an additional element to keep track of... adding additional elements to the servers could potentially lead to additional server load...

BE has a morph to stun and do damage, MEANING that was intended to hit (most likely) a small group of people, now with anything more than 2-3 bolts at a time being incredibly costly, it cant be used offensively.... see what I'm saying. What is the point of having a skill that can be used offensively as mobility/off damage or a stun, and making it near useless in both its escape mechanic and offensive mechanic, the only reason I've used streak for such a long time is because I'm able to use it 4-5 times to pull out a cloak spamming NB or roll dodger, or stun multi targets, or use it before an ultimate, or to add to burst. Now most likely everyone will switch to BoL because we cant afford to use it offensively and the super tankiness already coming in 1.7 will be worse. Bolt was never the problem, and if they did nerf it, they shouldnt have made it useless offensively and barely useful as an escape, if anything the penalty should be lowered.

So now nightblades who spam cloak (will be increasing next patch) I have no chance to keep pulling them out of cloak, as if I do, I have 4 seconds before I can even think to start using it as mobility again. Templars? maybe they can spam jabs as they are already forced to do any damage, but now just to stop cloak. DK's will be forced to spam talons quite a bit, sorcerers, who USED to be able to use streak, now are forced to spam something like liquid lightning which is already a useless thing in pvp, and I doubt it will work as its quite predictable.

You're acting as if we forgot about the more stupid changes ZOS made in 1.6 and as if ZOS knew what they are doing with the upcoming changes better than the players who actually play the game.
Don't you think one could also complain before "trying it out" because there's no way back once you tried it?
Would you also not complain about highly addictive drugs before trying them out yourself, because that would be "complaining for the sake of complaining"?
Think for a moment about your own logic, please.

because I don't think it was ever intended to be an offensive spell. IMO it was always intended as a defensive spell. The stun being an added bonus to help the sorc (gasp) escape without being charged and chased effectively. I do not believe it was ever intended to make the Sorc the Sheep Dog of the battlefield, herding the masses as their playthings.

Do you know how Streak works?
The morph actually removes the PBAoE stun of the unmorphed version and replaces it with a stun + damage on enemies you streak through.
If that's not offensive, what is...
