Updated Lorebook Locations? (PS4)

I have done multiple Google searches, as well as a forum search, for an up-to-date Lorebook locale guide. I have been trying to use Dulfy's guide for Skyshards and Lorebooks, but I can see that many of them are misplaced and/or missing since the delve update? I am on PS4 so add-ons are not an option currently.
