1,000 damage today = 625 damage in the future
Seems like a big change that will make it harder to solo roam (as anything other than a sustain build) and lead to more duos and trios of gankers who will continue to focus fire people down "before they can react."
I'm not sure if this change will accomplish reducing TTK so much as increase the necessity to focus fire and decrease the viability of solo players.
I think there's a big difference between what we have today, and 37.5% less damage.
I would expect a 10-15% reduction would be better.
The alarming thing is, there will still be infinite resource builds out there who will now be 40% harder to burst down.
They were already almost unkillable unless you caught them off guard.
Perhaps I should reserve judgement until more information exists.
