The voucher code for the ps4 Imperial edition explores pack dose not work

i Bought the Imperial edition box set for the ps4 and I did get a code in it for the Imperial explores pack, I entere it, it did verifie and I did download the pack but in the game the options to choose any race for alliance and the Imperial race it's self isn't there. someone please help!. Thanks
