PS4 Corrupted Data and Hard Crashes

Ok. So first off I have bought 2 different NEW copies of the game. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the game 4 times. Everytime I select my character. I get 1 of two things.
1.
This is what I usually get. My boyfriend got the game too and he has not ran into any problems. Sometimes I can get past this by putting the PS4 in rest mode and turning it back on.
2.
This is if I can even get into the game. I get this. If I change armor. My character glows. Other people glow. Surroundings glow. And its obnoxious. Sometimes the game will do a hard crash when I get to this point.
I also noticed something else.
ESO is on the left and a copy of Farcry 4 is on the right. See that warping? Its in both NEW copies Ive gotten but not in my boyfriends. Would this affect anything? You can only see it on certain lights.
Ive done a database rebuild and it doesnt help. I really dont want to unistall and reinstall again because it takes way to long. Ive had the game for 3 days and have barely been able to play any of it. How can I fix this?
