Login failed - connection timed out..

As the title says... have been unable to login in for an hour now.. ESO servers say they're up.. PSN servers say they're up... so, what gives? anyone else having this problem? I mean not even the anouncements show..

Too many server game plagues going on with this game..

and i will not be renewing my premium membership..till you people get it together.
