NA Server

Is something going on with the NA server? I was logged on for maybe 20 minutes, and then tried to kill something and it didn't take any damage at all, I figured ok maybe it froze in place, started going on with my quest only to die from damage from the previous enemy like 2 minutes later and then get kicked from the server. I cannot sign in, it says connection to server timed out, try again later. I am on the PS4, is anyone else having trouble with this as well?
