I don't think orcs are tall at all. In fact , an orc is like a fat little bosmer compared to an Altmer.
What i think all orcs should do is...

look for the direction where boethiah is...
wait until he's looking away, showing his backside...
and...
go back to where they came from.

Ha dont know what orcs you have seen i am taller than plenty of scrawny high elfs whose whole body cant even muster enough strength to match my middle finger HA id prefer a bosmer next to me in a fight than a high and mighty altmer cus the bosmer wont get us killed by getting distracted by ones own image HAHAHA.

We're not so distracted by our own reflection as we are by the hoards of females who want a piece of us. It's a quest in itself to keep them all satisfied. Hahaha!

The Bosmer are not short. We are young. As a race we understand this by instinct. Our race has yet to grow into our full potential. We know we are young and we know we are imperfect. Our souls have much growing to do and our bodies reflect this.

The Altmer stand tall in their pride, their height reflects this. As a race they are blind to their imperfections and do not realize how much their souls have yet to grow.

Few are the Altmer who know this and many are the Bosmer who feel this. Though there are some that see, many do not not.

We are all children of the world whether we be Man or we be Mer or we be Other Kin.

We will change.
We will learn.
We will grow.

So as a Altmer I decided to go to the Dominion capital of Elden Root to go craft and sell some wares as I was walking around the marketplace I randomly heard a strange squishing sound close to floor as I looked down and under my boot expecting to a rat or other such similar tiny creature but much to my surprise I saw the mangled and indented face of a Bosmer who I unknowingly killed by stepping on his face with my foot needless to say I was not very distraught by this sight having just killed numerous Daedra so I casually grabbed a piece of the leather rags the Bosmer was wearing and wiped off the remains of the Bosmers face from my boot and casually went about my day.

I saw a Nord that looked taller than me the other day. And I said, "Hey, you aren't allowed to be taller than me." and then I realized he was standing on a step above where I was. Whew. That was close.

In every TES game, I've played as an orc. Between the Redguards and the Bretons sacking our home 24/7, the altmer hating everyone, and the Pact fighting among themselves, it's hard for an orc to pick any side.
