I am also annoyed I can't get online and so, I'm going to throw the towel in and go to bed. Hopefully it will be fixed by the time I rise...
In reference to your above comment: I can't really agree with your comment as they are saying they are aware of an issue and are trying to rectify it; they are also informing us of this; there's little else they can do... that's just a hard, cold fact.
Doesn't mean it's not annoying. Doesn't mean you shouldn't be annoyed. Just a fact, that's all...

I've just been playing with one character so far, was tempted to create a new one on NA just to play, but it's getting late so not sure I can be bothered now. Anyway, assuming this won't be the last time we're in this situation, can you or anyone else answer the following?
Firstly, I've read where it says characters are bound to the server they were created on, meaning only playable on that server.
So, if I create a new character on NA server will that character be 2 of 8 or do I get another 8 to play with over there?
Secondly, will that character have access to the same bank (not guild one) that I have stored things in with my EU character. My understanding is that your personal bank space is shared between your characters.

Its still dead and i pay 40 notes for ps+ and 10 notes pm for eso.....wtf....refund?
