    im just hoping for some sort of timeline, thats The least they can do ! Even a plumber gives you an estimated timeline when he'll be done.

    I've re downloaded the game again. Still no luck! Login failed!!
    If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.

    Yeah same here, it's frustrating now. Tried rebooting and all that stuff. I even leveled a new character on NA servers just to actually "play" the game, though I'd much rather be leveling my main on EU servers. :(

    I do hope it's fixed before 1am at least!

    I've just been playing with one character so far, was tempted to create a new one on NA just to play, but it's getting late so not sure I can be bothered now. Anyway, assuming this won't be the last time we're in this situation, can you or anyone else answer the following?

    Firstly, I've read where it says characters are bound to the server they were created on, meaning only playable on that server.

    So, if I create a new character on NA server will that character be 2 of 8 or do I get another 8 to play with over there?

    Secondly, will that character have access to the same bank (not guild one) that I have stored things in with my EU character. My understanding is that your personal bank space is shared between your characters.

    Hi. I don't think anything is connected. You start completely fresh. For example: my main on EU has champion points, mounts, costumes and stuff like that - yet on NA servers, on a freshly made character; it has no champion points, costumes and no mounts, so I definitely assume the bank will be empty too. It sucks, yeah.. but oh well!

    I guess it's just something to do while the EU megaerver get fixed.

    now im Starting to regret getting ESO on PS4 as apparently i should hhave gotten it on XONE as they haven't had any issues
    as far as i know
    at least i could be playing now instead SONY has Messed up again as im pretty certain that it has to do with this recent patch sony released on PS4 a few days ago and coincidently that's when my connection issues started appearing
    so i keep saying that the recent patch is the culprit of these issues

    and i still get all kinds of different erors from connection time out , internal server error, no active PSN with permissions for online games, <but i payed last week for 3 months again'
    so like i said its sony srewing up AGAIN !!!!!

    Still no change even after sony has said all clear an hour ago or so.
    Rebooted x many, getting the same 3 error messages

    Maybe not a refund but I do think we should be compensated for our time with either crowns or gold. This has been going on since the last ps4 update. I was playing EU server about 7-8 hrs ago and I walked away for 5 min and got DC and have been trying to get back on since

    Rebooting my PS4 doesn't work and the same with my router. I can't log into the EU server but o cm however log into the NA server. And when I try to go back and log into EU after successfully logging into to NA it still doesn't work. I've emailed you guys about it and you told me to talk to Sony. Well Sony got their crap together and ESO still doesn't work. And I replied to the email like instructed to do and you didn't reply, at all. After telling to reply if your solutions didn't work. Thanks for that. Now I can't play a game I love AND I hear nothing from the people who are supposed to be fixing it.

    I've gotten use to the DAILY crashes I encounter. As inconvenient as that is, I've learned to except it. But not being able to play at ALL is just garbage.

    I was playing fine up until I went for a coffee and my character logged out due to inactivity. This was around 1am BST. Now when I try to log in to EU server I'm getting:

    Login Failed.
    Connection to server timed out.
    Please try again later.
    (This takes around 2 minutes to appear after selecting "PLAY")

    or

    Login Failed
    Unable to connect to the "PSN".
    Please confirm you are connected to the "PSN" or try
    again later.
    (This sometimes appears pretty much instantly after selecting "PLAY")


    I'm on PS4, wired to router, BT Infinity 2 80GB down 20GB up based in Pembroke, Wales. All other internet-related thingies working just fine :) Also, happy 4th July if you're in the USA.

    One night in this week when I don't need to go to work, and I can't play. I delate my subscription from DC universe becouse of number of bugs, and now i'm thinkig about return ESO to shop(box version) and start procces to give my money back for ESO subscription :/ It's not serious. And of course never any information what happends. ESO is not free game where everything is possible. We are clients which pay for game, we pay MONTHLY (yea-we pay for specific time) - then you should give me back my money for time when i can't play becouse in game issues. If you start to give money back to each person who have subscription than mayby this teach you care about clients. Subscription is a deal - i pay and i get something. If i can't play becouse of you than who did not execute the part of the contract???
    Another game on PS4 with problems. If it will be like this all the time, than my console will be on eBay soon, and i will be back to PC only...

    This is really annoing currently, this is the reason i dont prefer online games.
    You have invested time and then you got some spare time to contiue and you can´t due unknown server issues:

    I used my German PSN account yesterday without issues (from US) on EU and Noth American server.
    But now the EU Server says PSN login is not working or other internal issues, and this since about 5 houres.
    I can easiely access tehe US Server but my Chars are on EU server what a pitty. So its not an PSN error.
    In my desperation i played a new Char on North American server with my US PSN, and my US PSN also dont work on EU Server (Yes have PS+ on both German and US PSN).

    Hope you can fix this issue soon.

    P.S: Since I played in 2014 on PC via Imerial Ed i hope to get my items and features from Imperial Ed also on my PS4 accout, but no its stikly seperated and i would have to buy it via Crowns again on PS4 ....

    What people want is not a contracted sign-off or deadline, just an idea how long an issue such as this (with the info that is available) usually or could take to remedy.

    What seems to be happening is this...

    REALISE ISSUE -> INVESTIGATE ISSUE -> FIND SOLUTION -> IMPLEMENT SOLUTION -> INFORM MEMBERS / ETA -> FINISHED

    ...which prolongs anticipation and frustration until the last phase. Perhaps (and with the understanding that it's a best guess) a tech expert can give a broad range and possible even best guess of a fix time, nothing confirmed.

    REALISE ISSUE -> INFORM MEMBERS / BROAD RANGE ETA -> FIND SOLUTION / BEST GUESS ETA -> IMPLEMENT SOLUTION / ETA -> FINISHED

    Good job fixing it, could have been bolder (risk-taking) with how long it could take.

    Expect info to arrive shortly. I'm on now and although it's been 5 hours and I missed the campaign end, I watched "Whiplash" in the downtime and have to say, it was superb.
