Posting Server Availability is inaccurate, and so what is the purpose?

What is the relevance of posting that an error has been fixed "after" it has occurred when in fact an error equal to the error that was supposed to have been fixed is still ongoing?

Not only is it misinformation, it is also redundant information and only leads to the information that people at ESO don't have the info or the capability of posting issues as they are occurring.

I refer to of course, the current outage of ESO EU server.

Yes, I get that, and if there was a down (on the EU) then tons of people are frustratedly poking away at logging in wondering what the issue is - probably the issue in itself, but where's the fact? Can someone not just post what the issue is, when it will be resolved or more importantly, acknowledge the issue. That helps.

Oh and hey, thanks, NA server allows me the tutorial again and 8 new characters! Whoopie! I'll just divorce my 16 wives so I have the time to progress more than one character.
