HELP - Can you transfer from PS4 to XBONE?

Hey all,
Is it possible to unlink your ESO account from PSN and re-link it to the XBONE? Will all of your characters, inventory, etc. transfer over?
Honestly, I'm sick and tired of Playstation's network, non user friendly UI, and their slow response time to connectivity issues. Any insight on this matter would be truly appreciated.

DIMI_rss✭Thanks for your quick response. That's seriously upsetting. Now I have to decide whether it's worth it to just transfer anyways despite the man hours already spent on leveling on PS4.
This is confirmed right? What's the purpose of ESO allowing me to un-link my account from PS4 then?

Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.

I don't think that it's necessarily "better;" however, I think that PSN's network is hot garbage. The user interface is horrible, their messaging system is atrocious (when it's "working"); the party chat system is broken (NAT issues); not to mention that their network is consistently having issues which apparently they cannot find people qualified enough to repair. I should have sold PS4 and traded for an Xbox after our guild's experience with Destiny.
Unfortunately, here we are putting almost a month of play time into ESO (which we are enjoying) and scrambling to find out if we can transfer our char's to Xbox so we don't have to deal with PSN's *** network.0
