Honor Bound Mission Bugged

At least for me the Honor Bound mission is bugged with 4/5 Monks saved and this has been going on for about a week now, logging in and out wont solve the issue either. The game just won't spawn anymore monks to save.

Can you please try abandoning the quest and attempting it again? You will be able to grab the quest again from the original quest giver. Thank you for your patience.
