Bat swarm or Soul tether?

Title says it all. Which ultimate you think would be more effective as a back ultimate to incapaciting strike. I've used both and I'm leaning more towards Soul tether. What do you guys think?

Quantine✭✭✭Clouding swarm. You get more damage cause invisible (NB's Master Assasin passive), you're not going to get hit as much, because you're hidden and it allows you to go on the offensive for those few seconds to finish off lower-health opponents.
