Items disappearing and continue to keep disappearing from bank

@ZOS I'm a PC to PS4 transfer and I have had at least 8 different things just randomly disappear from my personal bank. They weren't sold, used to craft (Unless I randomly crafted 200+ Altmer, Redguard, and Khajiit armors without knowing it) and they weren't deposited into a guild bank.
They just vanished. Into thin air. And the support page has literally not responded except with automated messages for over a week. I could care less about the missing stuff, I just want to be able to use my personal bank again without my pixels disappearing.
