I feel your pain. My beta monkey did transfer but my loyalty rewards such as the Striped Senche mount didn't

I've been going back and forth with emails to customer support for the last 6 days now. They keep pawing me off to someone else. I honestly don't think Zenimax has game masters capable of restoring lost items.

The monkey pet was only given to PC beta testers, which explains why you do not have one. The only way someone will have it on console is if they were a PC beta tester and transferred their account.
