Collection Tab for Disguises

It would seem nice, to have all those diguises in a collection tab, so that we don't have to clutter our inventories or bank slots with it. The only prerequisite should be to unlock it per character. Do quest first, get disguise unlocked second. 
Also that earring which you get from Razum-dar in Skywatch during the "Lifting the Veil" quest, which turns you into bearded High Elf baldie would be a nice addition to collection, too.
