I have noticed there're a lot of gear that has increase maximum magika, magika recovery, and reduce magika cost for spells with both heavy and light armor but my thought is should i stay with light armor and have the extra magika recovery and maximum magika or should i go have and have a lot of magika with health recovery and more armor so i die slower

If you have instant heals then you don't need protection from armor, you just need magicka ... all light armor in my opinion

having said that, your intent to be a "tank/healer" in PvP suggests you are a Templar and in that case you may want to ensure you have at least one piece of heavy armor always equipped while leveling so you heavy armor skills level up as well ... heavy armor is important in tanking, but not as important as your chosen weapon build. Templars have pretty good damage mitigation with spells so you probably will not want to go all heavy as a tank, but a mix

Others will be more experienced and give you more detailed advice, or maybe even tell you what I have said is rubbish.

Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.
