Broken quest: The Veil falls

Hey guys,
I was doing the quest the Veil falls and, when I got to the point of having to kill the leaders of the Veil (x3), one of them got stuck inside a pillar. He is now stuck in there and I'm unable to kill it. Hence I can't move on with the quest and finish it! I tried logging off and back on, abandon the quest and restart it, but nothing. The guy is sealed in that dang pillar and there's no way I can continue! What else can I do???
