similar issue every time I log in, but slightly different wording each time... i posted this issue right after it happened in the first days of release and someone from the PC side said it's a corrupt /savedvariables/ file. i have no idea how to fix it on a console.

    my previous thread...

There is a Saved Data file on PS4 that can be deleted to fix, until it corrupts again

    https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29862

DONT delete the program, just the saved data file
To delete save data on PlayStation 4

From the PlayStation Dynamic Menu, navigate to Settings
    Go to System Storage Management
In Application Saved Data, select The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited
Press the [Options] button of the controller on the ESO Save Data
    Select Delete
Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.
