Voice chat still bugged....

Am I the only one to have this? My area chat and/or guild chat turn on by themselves when I port, or log in/out, and/or change areas like from dungeons etc. This is really annoying. I know its not game breaking, but my TV speakers can't handle alot more of screaming children randomly screaming.
