Big patch should be possible to download from pc

Why not make it possible to download so big patch from pc and so copy to a portable disk and so update eso from that. I never seen so slow download and when u pay for a game and if u gonna have 15 to 20 hour download evryweek u need to do something. Normal 15 gb take me 1 to 2 hour and with this update its still not finish and it been downloading for about 15 hour. Name at server is Mega Server but i think u call it Megaslow Server
