Glyphs Add Zero Damage with Pics

This is the second time this has happened to me with a glyph not adding any damage. Is there a way to fix this once the glyph has been added? Does it actually do the damage and just not show it on the weapon? I've tried to reset and it still said zero both times. The glyph was a flame glyph both times also.
A place where everything and nothing exists, this is my playground.
