Cannot weapon swap, other cyrodiil bugs that are seriously degrading the experience.

I've been seeing this issue a lot and haven't seen it talked about on the forums.
I often find myself unable to weapon swap in cyrodiil, other symptoms include increased movement speed, abilities becoming unresponsive or trying to fire but failing, unexplained health loss and death. I've also had particular controller buttons simply stop working when this occurs. I thought this was related to honor guards but on further testing it seems to happen randomly in combat.
Another bug I'm seeing in cyrodiil is a max health reduction that stacks and persists until relog, which of course means I have to re-queue to fix it.
Loading screens that occur for no reason, I was in the middle of seiging a keep yesterday and got an "unusually" long loading screen out of nowhere, bad enough when it takes five minutes every time I respawn or travel now I'm getting loading screens when I'm just standing there in open world too.
Also, I'd really appreciate it if you could fix the root+stun=fubar issue. CC break needs to work reliably and even when you're not rooted as well it currently only fires about half the time.
