They don't publish expected downtimes, because if they go one minute over the estimate, the internet will explode with ragers. If the patch is big, expect it to be down for most of the morning.

I encountered a bug for a quest to which I got a copy and paste reply about checking the website for fixes.. ( do they no think I would check there first?) pretty clear they didn't read my message to be honest as the response was unrelated to the question and problem I had.
I'm struggling to understand why they feel the need for a full 15gig download? Unless they are adding some MAJOR game changes like more equipment, lands and quests I don't know why they couldn't just patch with smaller updates..
It's kind of annoying.. I give them money and then do not get a service in return.... Maybe this a a PC thing, but U.S. Console players don't usually have to put up with this... It's not really good enough... The developers can't even be bothered to respond or let anyone know why and what they are doing...
I hope they sort it out because I think I speak for many on this... It's not good enough...
These "mega servers" aren't really mega... More people are on other ( more popular ) games with no issues.. They didn't even use the buzz word "mega" either lol
Even EA can do better then this!!
