not getting items i bought from guilds by mail

are anyone else not getting purchased items mailed to them through the guild stores?
i just checked to make sure and bought a item through guild trader Alareth (HIRCINE'S ANGELS) in eastmarch and so far i have yet to receive any of the four items i bought from her. it takes away my money though! this is post patch btw

The mail system doesn't update very fast... unless you zone or log out.

Try hopping a wayshrine. That usually makes mail pop.
