Stuck floating in the middle of nowhere

My character is stuck just floating in the middle of nowhere. I've used the "unstuck" feature 4-5 times, its useless. I've restarted my game 6 times and still nothing.

I don't want to have to delete this character. I know I wont get help, but HELP

    can you access your map? if you can, try fast traveling somewhere and see if that helps

    In a solo instance and it has no wayshrines to port too.

    I've tried everything. I've been stuck for an hour.
