Cant send in game mails

I can't send in game mails to anybody. I'm playing with my friends, I go to social and then freinds, click on a friend and press send mail. It has there name in the "to" part and it says ERROR there is no player with that name.

oehk✭✭Same here. I am standing right next to my wife in game, and she cannot mail me with the same result error. I was able to mail her an item 1 time, but other tries resulted in same error message.0 -

xcaliburxxxSoul ShrivenThis issue has been going on since the initial launch. Some friends and I figured it out.
1....check with the person your sending the email to. If that person skipped or some how screwed up the initial account verification then he can send you things in email. .but not you to he. Once that issue is resolved by verify that account he has to log into your server. Usa or other before it works. .
3...now after the first patch they screwed that up and the only way you could email friend was to go to social /friends /click on your friends name and cluck view gamertag...once you viewed his xbox account you could back out and now send him an email without the (player doesn't exist error )...
3...well after this lame patch they screwed up what was working and now it is useless to even have it. ...Your friends list is now missing. ..if you click above left for offline or online you get nothing. ..if you type in the name of the player (gamer tag ) nothing happens. ..this is the biggest screw up I have ever witnessed in online gaming. ...to take xbox simple friends list and make it useless. ..
so until one of them see this and see the complete issue we cannot use the email system
what a joke. ..i left neverwinter for this. ..figured a game you pay for would work better then a free one. ..of course not. ..the whole gaming industry has become inept0
