Trying to get wereolf/vampire bite is almost impossible

I was hanging out around one of the sites on the daggerfall side where the werewolves are supposed to spawn (on rare occasions) and you can get scratched or bitten (still not clear on how it works) and eventually become a werewolf/vampire, one night for 2 hours or so and so nothing. Then the next night I tried and a vampire showed up, but there were people there (who were already werewolves and/or vampires) who just killed the vampire immediately. They're stopping people from being able to be bitten so they can continue to sell their bite to people. Is there anything that can be done about this? I feel like you should be able to report these people and have them banned/suspended.

wow, thats really annoying! I've been trying on the forums to get a bite without any luck so tonight ill go wait by the spawns.

Yeah I have yet to even see the spawn they die so quick from scammers and grinders. And yet to find a bite on forums

I got lucky when I was level 14. I was standing at the shrine and someone out of nowhere bit me and turned me; suffice it to say I was really happy
