would can you recommend for a night blade a vampire or a warewolf? please help

hi i am stuck between two choices vamp or warewolf, i am using a nightblade and i am trying detlia gamings spector build at the moment.
this build is great so far i am only a level 21 so i still need to unlock a few skills to complete this build so i am working on that but i have heard that either a vampire or warewolf are good to have as a nightblade i was wandering how and why if anyone can please help?

ps i play a stealthy type with dual weld and bow and i a m a khajitt, im hearing more in favor of vampire due to stealth but i think i need more tips please

I would recommend to read about Vamps and Weres at first.

As you won't do this, I'm gonna give you a short:

Werewolves:
Currently only useful in packs (groups of many players being Werewolves, too), which doesn't occure. If you have Werewolf skillline bu you DON'T use Werewolf form, you get +15% Stamina recovery for no disadvantage.

Vampire:
Useful for either sneaky chars or Magicka users. Powerful passives for powerful disadvantages. As the spectre is no Magicka build, it's not interesting for you.

Even shorter:
If you don't profit from ANY infection, just get Werewolf for the +15% Stamina regeneration.

Nice i have been doing some research on them both im thinking vamp as i play eeally stealthy so i will try it and see how it will fit in my build.
