constant bugging diffrent from what ive read.

Okay so i pre-orderd the physical copy of the imperial edition and for the first week and a half the game worked perfectly no problems i was in love with this game then one day i woke up i went on and i saw their was a UI error and when i dismissed it my game was buggy as hell. when i press a button on my controller my character doesn't even register the command until 5 seconds latter then the enemy doesn't even receive damage until five seconds after that when i call and dismiss my mount it is also delayed by five seconds i have noticed it is only combat when i walk it is fine and when i talk to NPC'S it is normal and in crafting everything also works fine and after much looking around on the forms i saw the solution to delete the save file to get rid of the UI error which i did and now the error message is gone but my game is still buggy this is really annoying because before i was enjoying this game so much and to go to this is really unpleasant if anyone can provide me with any assistance it would be vary much appreciated.
