unlink my psn accounts

i have been unable to unlink my psn accounts.
raised 2 tickets for both accounts and have not gotten a response.
i have not been able to play this game at all for the last 6 days.

since it is a digital copy, i will be requesting for a refund via psn on weds.

Your PSN account is under the direct authority of Sony, and as such, any type of unlinking should probably be done through Sony's customer support team.

• However, just to make sure, you haven't gone to https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/ logged in, and attempted to unlink? Although i have heard its bugged, it does occasionally work(i may be wrong on this)

yup both accounts unlinked via eso account webby.
but there will be an error when i try to link the character to other psn account.

i have ps plus in asia psn, however crowns are not sold there.
thus i am unable to purchase the perks like horses etc.

so i am moving to us psn store, after over 6 yrs in asia psn store.
but when i unlink my asia psn account to eso, i am unable to link it up to my us psn account.

so after 7 days of unable to play eso and without any resolution from support, i can only declare that this game is broken and get a refund for my money.
