Freezing / Crashing Issue

Anyone else experiencing intermittent freezing for 1-2 seconds, most notably during pvp combat? Will occasionally cause the game to lock up and require me to restart the game, but not the console entirely. I have attempted to clear the blu ray cache but it has not helped. Any recommendations?
