Ps4 transfer code and new account?

Hello I wasnt home and gave the ps4 transfer code I got in my mail to my sister. She used it and made a new account. That account doesnt have my transfered char from the pc??
Is this a bug or how can I have my character on the ps4?

OzJohnD✭✭✭✭The transfer code is on your ESO account page.
If I remember correctly the emailed code was a redemption code for the ESO software to download onto your PS4Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.

Yeh they mailed, I clicked on it and the code was in de billing history. All went good, only problem I have is that my character from the pc isnt on the account in the pa4.0 -

Dragnelus✭✭✭Still no solution! Contacted support they said back then, next patch will prob sort it with accounts. Nothing happend trying to contact support since then but no answer. Just wanna play with my transfer char!0
