Random dungeon queue with a reward?

so far the LFG tool is... rarely used. why not give incentive to use it by rewarding those who will join random dungeons by giving them a loot bag appon finishing the last boss of a run, thinking mainly blue-purple rewards for both armor, weapons, and crafting has a chance of coming out of it, maybe an extreamly low chance at a new motif?
