Voice chat bug please help

I am currently dealing with an issue of my voice chat. it is repeatedly leaving and entering " To all Members 1 " chat for guiod. it won't stop no matter what i do. i log in and log off. it stops at first but as soon as you enter a different area after a loading screen it begins once more. making the ding sound for entering the chat constantly and unable to talk with anybody. please fix this. this issue has been going on for atleast 3 days. it started randomly for me one day i logged in. and yes. i even turned off the application all together. same results. please fix. or help me.
