Elite gear vendor 124k points?

So I found the elite gear vendor, but I have a few questions. First do alliance points reset after the campaign days are over? Second is it really worth 124k when it is a level 13 item? Does the item level with you? Is this the only elite gear vendor for pvp? Last, 124k holy monkey how much grinding must be done for a full set? Thanks in advance and hope to see ya on the battle field.

there is only one elit gear merchant, but fro every armor type is an additional one too in the same hall.
less than you might think sitting on 2,5mio AP currently while having wasted million s and millions of them :P

The VR14 elite gear is like 250k AP. Its not really worth it in my opinion. There are much better sets out there.

The only gear that would be worth it is some of the lower level jewelry sets that are like 33k a piece. Other than that I wouldn't waste my AP on those vr13 or vr14 elite gears.
