Group Finder - Needs Some Work

Currently playing on XBOX One EU Megaserver. At level 45 I have ran only 4 dungeons, why? Simply because finding a party using the Group Finder is only half the battle.

*Before you mention using Forums and Reddit to find a group, I do, with little success, and even then going out of the game to form a group is just not on.

Problem
- Can take anywhere from 20 minutes to 4 hours to get a group.

Fix
- Advertise the use of Group Finder. At the moment I don't recall even seeing any 'tutorial' that mentions it.
- If population concerns are an issue, consider cross-faction grouping. Yes it goes against what the game is, but it's meant to be for entertainment, not frustration.
- Consider possible rewards similar to Undaunted Pledges at lower levels, to get people interested.

Problem
- When a group forms, it's not clear what dungeon has been queued for when using 'Any Dungeon'. It appears very briefly in the top right of the screen then is lost forever, leaving the group puzzled as to where they should be doing.

Fix
- Make it clearer which dungeon was chosen.

Problem
- When a group forms, often people will either stay doing what they are doing, or go AFK. This could be simply because no one has any idea how it's meant to work, and the game offers very little assistance in getting to dungeons. What I find is people will all warp to the player who looks like they might be in a dungeon, even though they are in fact in a Delve. It breeds confusion and further frustration, especially after the 2 hour wait.

Fix
- Once the party has been found, a pop up pane should appear with an option to warp directly to the dungeon (for a small cost). If you do not warp to it within 40 seconds, you are removed from the group. Works fine for FFXIV, there is no reason for it not to be used.

At the moment it's abysmal and is the only thing that completely ruins the experience for me. I would love to see it used to it's full potential, and not have to rely on 3rd party sites to complete the shoddy work of developers.

Thoughts?
