Targeting through Dead NPCs

Is it just me or does it get frustrating when trying to kill a mob, more often spiders, they run into the body of another dead mob and 1-target attacks like light attacks don't fire cause they get lost by the dead mob's hitbox. I know there's the single targeting function, but it gets annoying when single targeting single spiders over and over. AoE's are lovely, but spamming them to kill just one mob looks kinda sad to me.

I get it often too. It's not just spiders, corpse targetting happens with others too. But spiders which run into a dead body to replenish health are worst. They can't be targetted nor interrupted when in the middle of corpse pile. Happens all the time in Nilata Ruins.
