Will over leveling cause me any annoying problems?

After reaching 35 with my high elf sorc i decided to roll an imperial DK. Only level 9 at the second hub and every quest is either 3/4 levels below me meaning i get virtually no xp/no xp at all. Being a completionist im not bothered about this because i know eventually the game catches up. But is there any danger of me outleveling the dungeon group finder for the first area or any other annoyances?
