Quest Sir Hughe's fate
I am trying to finish this quest. The ghosts have appeared and sir Hughes is upstairs but i can not interact with him or the ghosts. I have tried logging out and back in no go. I have also tried abandoning the quest picking it back up when i do that it is back in the exact same place did not reset. Any suggestions would be good thank you.
