Build help?

I am currently using a High Elf Dragon Knight with full Heavy armor and sword and shield. I am level 20 and I was wondering if I should start using destruction staff. I was following a build from Deltias called the laceration build or yoloknight build. Somewhere I think he switches to light armor and destruction staff, but I am not sure how and when to do this. If someone can post a guide that shows what passives and abilities to use or help me with this one that would be awesome! Thanks. I am on Xbox One if anyone wants to add me and talk. GT: xXSnkkrzXx

You just start using it..Get yourself a destro staff and light armor.Respec so that you have points for your skills and make an even split between magicka and life until you hit vet levels. Try getting everything with training. If you can get crafted stuff get yourself a 5 piece seducer light but for that level any type of light armor will do.

You should get all passives from
-Light armor
-Destro
-all DK passives
-Mage guild
-Fighter's guild.
-Your racials

Oh and you should do it as soon as possible so you can level your skill lines fast.

I don't know what Deltia is doing but I also recommend getting a resto for leveling up just so you have it done when you reach max level.

Experiment with all the DK skills. You can even respec once you maxed up a morph so that you try the other. The leveling up stage is a good time to get your skill and morphs ready for whatever you may want latter.

I levelled up my dragonknight using nothing but a sword+shield and full heavy. It takes a little longer to kill some enemies, but between the high defense that the armor and shield offers, and the amazing utility and versatility of dragonknight class skills, you can literally take on anything in the open zones by yourself, including the zone/world bosses.
