Shifting Standard lag and player error compensation

Shifting standard is an awesome ultimate, when I can get it to work. However, during the last four seconds or so of shifting standard's duration, it's difficult to get it to move properly. I've clicked my ultimate key a dozen times, and still watched the standard disappear instead of moving to my location like it's supposed to. At other times, I'll just forget to move it entirely, and it'll time out. To compensate for this, shifting standard should automatically move to the player, if it's not been recast by the end of it's duration.

Also, getting any ultimate to cast in the first place can be finicky. I often have to hit the button multiple times. However, there can also be a delay due to lag. With other ultimates you can just spam the ultimate key until they cast. With shifting standard, though, if you spam the button you'll end up casting it and recasting it immediately, wasting the shifting function. So shifting standard shouldn't be possible to move for the first couple seconds after casting it, so that players can spam their ultimate key without accidentally recasting shifting standard.
