Elf Bane Armor set - where and drop rate?

Ive been trying to get me a set of Elf Bane heavy armor. Ive been getting the Unfathomable VR14 armor boxes from the vendor. Am I correct that this is where you can get the elf bane set from? Also anyone know the drop rate? I've already opened up about 20 without seeing one yet.

✭It only drops from the PvP Heavy Armor bags. As most people go for Light, medium and jewelry the drop rate could be off only ever gotten three pieces in a year low drop rates and just all around bad sets that drop for heavy it's not worth it Heavy has like two good setsChaos Shadow-Scale: Shadow Archer
