Pvp help plz and ty

So i got an imperial templar where I am gonna use two handed weapons and mainly focusing on stamina and health. Maybe a lil healing so I can stay alive longer. Is this a good option in pvp or will I get destroyed with a two handed templar? Should I focus on any magicka at all? Or would only like 3 points be ok and are there any moves that you guys recommend I MUST have for the end game. Basically any templar tips would be benificial (:

Do 2h on one bar and a bow on the other, focus heavily on stamina and medium armor.

In keep sieges, melee is suicide, you'll want that bow so you can be effective at range.

Stamina Templars (Stamplars) are pretty OP in PvP. Like Lynx said bow and 2H. Under the Restoring Light tree you'll definitely want Restoring Aura and morph it into Repentance, has no cost and restores health and stamina to you and surrounding allies based on corpses around you, also increases health and stamina regen while slotted.

Also, magnum shot flowed by swapping weapons and using critical rush is a massive source of burst damage.

Use purify to keep enemy effects off of you.

Roll dodge a lot. Reduced feat cost on jewelery will make dodging cost less stamina.

So do not use any of the templar magic attacks. ( save magic for a lil healing) and then use bow for far range instead of templar magic?

And im focusing heavy on medium armor already cause it improves your damage and I like the passives.


So dont put any skills into the templat magic moves? Anything else to focus on?

Just wanted to give you a heads up that Templar is arguably the best healing class in the game. So if your rolling a DPS Templar that's cool but just letting you know as far as group PvP you have the best heals/buffs. That being said, you will be ok running stam build with 2h. If you take the biting jabs morph, that hits pretty hard.

So are you saying tbat a DK or NB two hander would be better?

I'm saying your playing a class that is the best heals in the game but your playing him as a Stamina build Mele DPS.

Now if your playing solo PvP then you could definatley be a beast with a 2H stam build. But in my experiences a Nightblade will eat you alive if you go stam build 2H.

Think about it this way. If you want to get the most out of 2H Stam Build, your going to have to go 5 medium armor at least. This is going to make you squishy and nightblade mele dps will eat you alive.

What I have trouble with is magika Templars in heavy armor. Jesus Beams and insane heals, plus your super tanky. Play the way that suits your play style though. Just some food for thought.

Also, for group PvP, Nova is a super nice Ultimate. I think it scales off Magika as well.

So why would a night blade eat me up? I played with a nightblade untill lvl 10 and then switched to a templar beacuse I didnt like that gamestyle
