crowns/ other ESO Plus Benefits not showing on console

I am subscribed too ESO plus and recently upgraded too PS4 and have zero aspiration too go back too PC I linked my PSN with my Elder Scrolls Account and my crowns that I have aren't showing up in the crown store I've got a lot of crowns is there any way I could obtain them also none of the other Subscription Bonuses are showing up on PS4 I could really use some assistance with this.
